Valentine's Day Party Info and Badge Request Form

If you are planning to attend your student's Valentine's Party, please submit the form below by February 4, 2026 at 4:00pm. Badges can be picked up at the front office on February 9 and February 10 between 7:30-5:00 to avoid the lines on party day. Remaining badges will be sent home with your student on February 11. Parties will be held February 12. 

You must have a Driver's License on file with Elkhart Elementary in order for us to pre-print your badge. Stop by the front office anytime to allow us to scan it!
