HeadStart/Pre-K Enrollment

Registration Information
Enrollment Requires Three Steps
 
Step 1
Gather Documents
For the Head Start and Pre-K departments to process your child's application in a timely manner, ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS must supplied during the Online Registration Process.
  • Child's Birth Certificate
  • Child's Social Security Card
  • Proof of Residency (lease agreement/water bill/electric bill)
  • Parent('s) Driver's License
  • Immunization Records
  • Last Year's Income Tax Papers
 
Step 2
Head Start Application
Complete the HeadStart Application.
When completing this step, choose "Elkhart Elementary" on the appropriate form.
 
Step 3
Parent Online Registration
Complete the Elkahrt Independent School District Online Registration.
This step is required.
